The WISE Group (Women Inspiring, Supporting, Educating)

The WISE Group (Women Inspiring, Supporting, Educating)

This group is dedicated to providing training, resources and support for women within the financial services industry. With mentoring opportunities, networking events, best practices sharing, the women of WISE are passionate about partnering to improve financial wellness for their clients. WISE Group highlights include:

  • Networking and educational events with leadership
  • Sharing of ideas and collaboration on business best practices
  • Mentoring and training with other women financial professionals

Lincoln Financial Network is now Osaic FA, Inc. and Osaic FS, Inc. Any reference to Lincoln Financial within these files should be disregarded.

The African American Financial Professionals Network (AAFPN)

The African American Financial Professionals Network (AAFPN)

The network is designed to attract more African American financial professionals to the network and provide development strategies for multicultural clients. These programs, events and platforms foster greater interaction and opportunity for members to address those issues impacting their clients and communities. Empowering and growing our network of African American financial professionals will help create a positive effect on our industry for generations to come.

The Osaic Foundation brings together all the ways our financial professionals, institution programs, and employees give back with intention in your communities.

The Osaic Foundation combines the causes that are important to financial professionals to prioritize where we can have the most meaningful impact and make our communities—and relationships—even stronger. Our three pillars of focus include:

  • Empowering lives through experiential events that build thriving communities
  • Education with a focus on financial literacy
  • Increasing diverse representation through workforce development


The Champion's Award

The Resource Group honors one member per year with the Champion's Award at the TRG Annual Meeting. The Champion's Award is bestowed on an individual who works to serve members of TRG despite personal challenged and obstacles. The award winner designates one charity for donations from the group each year.
