I started at Millenia as a receptionist when I was 21. My mom, Aimee LaBounty, is a CPA who specializes in servicing small businesses and also serves as our firm's CPA. She introduced me to Lee, our retired owner, and Steve, our current owner. They took a chance on me, and I'd say it worked out for all of us. I quickly realized I wanted to do more than admin work, so I got licensed and started advising. Over time, I discovered my true passion lies in working with high-net-worth women, partnering with retiring advisors as their successor through acquisitions, and creating an environment where my team can thrive.
As Executive Manager and Registered Principal, I sit on the leadership team and manage day-to-day operations, long-term strategy, growth initiatives, acquisitions, projects, and tech rollouts. I still serve some of our top clients, mainly high-net-worth women, but I'm phasing out of direct advisory work as we grow. I hold my Series 7, Series 66, Series 24, Missouri Life & Health licenses, and my BFA credential. In 2025, I was recognized as an Osaic Forum Visionary, a highly selective honor where female financial professionals are chosen to speak TedTalk-style at the annual national conference based on bold strategies, proven success, and breaking barriers. What keeps me going is knowing our work changes lives, whether that means helping a family retire confidently, guiding someone through a major transition, or creating a seamless succession plan for an advisor ready to step back.
My husband, Genaro Estrada Jr., is my biggest supporter. He's known to pop into the office to fix something or drop off snacks for the team if he's working nearby and knows it's a busy day. We kayak every summer on the Meramec River with my brother, and anytime we're in Florida, you'll find us in the ocean. We do an annual family trip with my parents, grandparents, brother, aunts, uncles, and cousins, and we usually make it to several concerts or live music events each year. I love reading, I love traveling, and I love being in and around water whenever I can.
